The inbox
Email [email protected] from any address — no account required, no form to fight. One message with the whole story beats three partial ones, and a human reads everything that lands.
Reaching the RabbitCam team — [email protected] for account trouble, coin questions, safety concerns and technical issues, what to include, and how long a reply takes.

Say what happened and roughly when, name your device and browser, and attach a screenshot if the problem is something visible. Passwords, full card numbers and identity documents never belong in a message — support will never request them. Reporting another user? Give the rough time of the call and the team can locate the session.
A typical message is answered within one business day. Safety reports and payment questions can take several days, since they route through human review or the payment processor — slower does not mean ignored. Weekends move a little slower than weekdays.
Billing questions move fastest when you attach the receipt your payment provider sent you. For flagging a specific call, the in-room report button beats email because it bundles the session automatically. For disagreements about the rules, the community guidelines are the reference — the inbox applies them rather than rewriting them.
Camera permission, skipping, coins, blocking — the help center answers most of these in a minute. Look there before writing. And if an answer is genuinely missing, say so: a missing answer is a bug we want to fix.
